andrew aspires to help individuals and groups find the time, space and freedom to introduce a regular practice into their lives. Having started his study of the body through dance he developed and great understanding of the connection between his heart, mind and body. During his years of study, a physical theatre instructor introduced him to yoga, and it was then the seed was planted. From there andrew began to investigate the never ending journey of inward reflection and practice. Last year andrew traveled to India where he studied at the SVYASA Yoga University where he became certified as a Yoga Instructor. andrew is a firm believer in perpetual study, and has continued to practice under his most respected teachers' guidance always looking for new insights into what is proving the be the most wonderful work he's ever dreamed of doing. andrew hopes to inspire others to take not only their physical well being into their own hands, but aims to offer insight into how to take your practice off your mat and into day to day life...
