... as we move toward the summer season and watch the plants and parks come to life - I am reminded by the sun and the stars, the rain and the wind that we must take time to slow down - to replenish and provide our bodies and minds with the attention and devotion that they deserve. With patio season well underway and celebrations of warmth and light becoming more present - I encourage all of us to also celebrate ourselves and our connection to the earth.
