As we approach the summer solstice this upcoming Sunday (which also happens to be my birthday...) we face the beginning of the new season. Striving to better ourselves and our community - I hope we find the freedom to set aside some attention and time into joining together for practice. This week's schedule has some changes to it - I am now offer 2 evening classes a week - hoping to serve more of our friends who aren't able to make the morning classes... xO!aB
